The Washkewicz College of Engineering at Cleveland State University invites applications for two (2) tenure-track positions in Chemical Engineering at the Assistant Professor level. Applicants with research experience in any core area of Chemical Engineering (especially in separations and mass transfer) will be considered. Preference will be given to applicants with research applications in energy or other fields that can complement our current research strengths and have potential for collaborations with industry and other departments at Cleveland State. Candidates must hold a Doctoral Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field and demonstrate the potential for excellence in teaching and research. The successful candidates will be expected to teach graduate and undergraduate engineering courses, supervise graduate student research, and establish an independent, externally funded research program. The position will commence August 22, 2016.

For full consideration, candidates must submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae (including names of at least three professional references), a statement of interests in teaching, and a research plan.
