The Department of Chemical & Biological Engineering at The University of Alabama invites applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions consistent with building upon and expanding the strengths of our faculty (http://che.eng.ua.edu/people). Candidates will be considered for appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The department is benefiting from the College and University’s rapid expansion in enrollment and facilities including completion of the $300 MM Engineering and Science Complex in summer 2013. These buildings provide nearly 1 million ft2 of state-of-the-art research and instructional space.
Applicants must have an earned doctorate (Ph.D.) in chemical engineering or a closely related field.
