TENURE-TRACK OPENINGS DEPARTMENT OF CHEMICAL & BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING AT THE FAMU-FSU COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (jointly operated by Florida A&M University and Florida State University). Applications and nominations are invited from highly qualified individuals for two associate professor or higher rank positions. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in chemical engineering or an advanced degree in Bioengineering or Biomedical engineering, and a history of strong external funding and graduate student supervision. All research areas will be considered, but priority will be given to candidates who can build upon existing strengths in advanced materials, energy and/or biomedical engineering in the Department and two Universities. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Department has a dynamic group of faculty, and there are many opportunities for interaction and collaboration with the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory, the Interdisciplinary Program in Materials Science, the Institute of Molecular Biophysics, and Departments of Scientific Computing, Biomedical Sciences, and Chemistry and Biochemistry.
