Job Description
The Department of Chemical Engineering at Northeastern University seeks applications for open-rank, interdisciplinary faculty positions with research interests clustered around the themes of biological systems and solutions (R110056); food, water, energy nexus (R110062); sustainability and resilience (R110066); and/or modeling (R110050). Faculty will have the opportunity to collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams across the University and will complement existing strengths.

We are seeking new approaches for batteries and energy storage and conversion, climate and environmental modeling, water treatment, environmental sensing and monitoring, and renewable and sustainable consumer products. Relevant fields include materials and nanomaterial science and engineering, photochemistry, synthetic chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and bioengineering.
