Open Faculty Positions in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering at Georgia Tech

The School of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering at Georgia Tech seeks candidates for multiple tenure-track faculty positions. Successful candidates will develop internationally recognized research programs while contributing to the School’s educational excellence. Candidate selection is weighted, in general, toward the potential impact and innovativeness of the proposed research program. All areas of chemical and biomolecular engineering are of interest, including but not limited to: chemical and synthetic biology, biotechnology and bioprocess engineering, catalysis and separations, energy and sustainability, process intensification and systems engineering, nanoscience and self-assembly, materials processing and nanomanufacturing, and soft matter physics and chemistry.

Candidates should have a doctorate in chemical engineering or related discipline. To apply, send a single PDF file to faculty.candidates@chbe.gatech.edu that includes a cover letter, curriculum vitae, description of proposed research, statement of teaching plans, and list of at least three professional references.

The School is part of the College of Engineering, where all undergraduate and graduate programs are ranked in the top ten by U.S. News and World Report. Visit http://www.chbe.gatech.edu for more information.
