The Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire(http://www.unh.edu/chemical‐engineering/) is accepting applications for a tenure track faculty position at the Assistant Professor apply. The anticipated start date for this position is Fall 2016. This search represents a continued commitment to strengthen and grow Chemical Engineering at the University. The department offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering with a current enrollment of 230 students. At the graduate level, 20 students are enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Science, and Master of Engineering graduate programs in Chemical Engineering. Our vibrant and dedicated faculty conduct research in the areas of Biosensors, Biomaterials, Biomedical Engineering, Synthetic Biology, Molecular Simulations, Electrochemical Engineering, Fuel Cells, Nanomaterials, Interfacial Flows, and Catalytic Reaction Engineering.

All candidates are required to have undergraduate and doctoral degrees in chemical engineering. Candidates are expected to develop an active research program, excel in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with diverse communities. We are particularly interested in interviewing applicants with research interests in an area related to bioengineering. Interested applicants should apply through the website https://jobs.usnh.edu.
